Gym Receptionist (Female)

Job Summary:

The Gym Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm welcome to members and guests, handling front desk operations, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the gym facility. The role ensures excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures for gym users.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Process membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
  • Schedule personal training sessions and fitness classes.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and memberships.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with gym trainers and recreation team.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow health, safety, and facility regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or gym environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems).
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
