Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Hardware Engineering Director to lead our engineering division, oversee product development, and drive innovation in hardware design and testing. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the hardware engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and testing of hardware products and systems.
• Oversee engineering teams, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product innovation and integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into product development.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in product development, testing, and hardware innovation.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, embedded systems, and hardware testing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD3,600.000 per month

Work Location: In person
