Hardware Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Procurement Executive with 5–6 years of proven expertise in sourcing mechanical, electrical, and IT hardware materials. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, excellent knowledge of market trends and pricing, and well-established connections with reliable local market vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and procure mechanical, electrical,Construction and IT hardware materials in line with company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve maximum value.
• Monitor market trends, new materials, and pricing fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain a strong vendor pipeline to ensure availability of high-quality and competitive suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and plan procurement accordingly.
• Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective action where required.
• Prepare regular procurement reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in hardware material sourcing (mechanical, electrical, IT).
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
• Good understanding of local market pricing and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong PR and networking with vendors in the local market.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement categories.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement modules will be an added advantage.
