Hardware Support Executive

Impetus Systems is hiring for Hardware Support Executive.

Job Description:

• Survey clients to understand requirements for Access Control, Door Locks, and Device Installation.
• Install devices, configure them with the application, and provide training to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose errors; suggest repairs or modifications where needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for device maintenance and repair.
• Visit clients to resolve issues related to hardware items.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder in IT.
• Knowledge of devices, troubleshooting, and access control.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in the relevant field.
• Strong ability to prioritize and diagnose problems.
