Role Overview


The Head – Admissions and Marketing will lead strategy, operations, and execution for student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment at Bristol MEC. The role focuses on building brand presence, driving high-quality applications, and ensuring an exceptional applicant experience aligned with the University’s growth and academic goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement admissions and marketing strategies to meet enrolment goals.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and industry partners to strengthen recruitment.
  • Oversee enquiry management and ensure excellent prospective student engagement.
  • Lead integrated marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Use technology and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Generate market intelligence and recommend strategies based on education trends.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years’ progressive experience in higher education admissions or recruitment.
  • Proven success in leading teams and large-scale marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the higher education landscape in India and globally.
