Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise baristas, train new hires, motivate the team, and provide performance feedback.
  • Beverage Excellence: Prepare specialty coffee, ensure quality control, develop recipes, and maintain high presentation standards.
  • Operations Management: Manage workflow during peak times, calibrate espresso machines, control inventory, and handle ordering.
  • Customer Experience: Resolve complaints professionally, ensure excellent service, and anticipate customer needs.
  • Hygiene & Safety: Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Management Support: Assist with scheduling, operational decisions, and upholding brand identity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Head barista (2 - 3 years), with leadership preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and brewing.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with specialty coffee equipment.
