Head Bartender/Bartender

## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Head Bartender/Manager and an additional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and hospitality industry, possess excellent time management skills, and be proficient in bartending techniques. Knowledge of FOCUS POS system and basic math skills are highly desirable.

## Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Maintain Inventory

- Manage Bar staff

- Weekly ordering of spirits and wine

## Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Familiarity with FOCUS system is a plus
- Strong math skills, including retail math, are beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
