Head Chef

Hanif Rajput Rooftop Grill is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional culinary skills but also the leadership and management capabilities to ensure smooth kitchen operations, cost control, and consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire kitchen team including cooks, helpers, and support staff.
• Implement and maintain standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and presentation across all dishes.
• Monitor and control kitchen overheads, inventory, and food costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with management for menu planning, special events, and operational improvements.
• Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours while maintaining top-quality standards.
