Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations
• Create and innovate menu items
• Ensure food quality and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and order supplies

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 5-6 years is mandatory.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
