- Monitoring attendance of all employees.
- Resolving employee queries regarding their attendance/salary.
- Maintaining HRMS records about employee leaves and monthly overtime calculations.
- Generation of new CTC for new joiners.
- Optimization of monthly overtime- validating and compensating the same.
- OT(Over Time) clearance after confirming with the particular department.
- Enrollment of new employees for PF data & ESIC.
- Calculation of full & final settlement.
- To prepare MIS related to payroll.
- Auditing and documentation of employee files
- Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code, creating rapport with other departments etc.
- Generating absconding and recovery reports of employees.
- Verification of travel claim form and employee discount forms.
- Carrying out enquiry and validating the incidence report.
- Issuing warning letter in case of disciplinary action with the consent from HODs
- Abiding to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) rules and regulations in regards with leaves, comp off etc.
- Guiding employees through the policies and protocol regarding any procedures related to the company.
- Coordinating and supporting recruitment activities as and when required.
- CUG payments for all employees.
- Verification of invoice/attendance for outsourced manpower.
- To perform duty assigned by Head of the Department/ Management as and when required.
