Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR – Talent Acquisition to lead, design, and optimize our organization’s recruitment and workforce planning strategies. The ideal candidate will spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment operations, and leadership hiring while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive long-term workforce planning, forecasting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Lead TA transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvement.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all levels: junior, mid, senior, and leadership hiring.
  • Ensure effective job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage large-scale hiring drives, campus recruitments, and lateral hiring programs.
  • Build and maintain a robust database of candidates and recruitment partners.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
  • Partner closely with business heads and department leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely communication and strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

  • Strengthen the employer brand through targeted strategies and outreach.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and industry networks.
  • Conduct market analysis, salary benchmarking, and competition mapping.

Recruitment Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Implement best practices in diversity hiring and employee experience.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and HR leadership
  • Proven experience in senior leadership hiring
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead large teams and manage fast-paced recruitment environments
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRIS, ATS, and modern hiring technologies
