  • Job Purpose:

To lead Strategy, Marketing, and Digital transformation for Eternia by driving organization-wide growth priorities, building brand equity, and delivering scalable digital experiences. The role focuses on business acceleration through data-driven decision-making, market understanding, and strong cross-functional execution.

Eternia is a SBU of Hindalco Industires Limited, dealing in premium doors, windows & façade solutions across both B2B & B2C.

Eternia operates in a complex, fragmented building materials market, with high involvement purchase cycles and multiple stakeholders, offering a customised product requiring last mile installation. The challenge lies in solving for consumer trust, fragmented channel behaviour, and scale-readiness — while building a premium, differentiated brand.

The role requires balancing three distinct but interconnected verticals. Strategic leadership is essential to identify long-term opportunities, shape growth levers, and enable strong internal systems. At the same time, marketing execution needs to be insight-led yet agile, and digital transformation must be grounded in business outcomes, not just tools.

The ability to influence without authority, work through others, and stitch together cross-functional action is key to success.

Strategy Role

Drive Strategic Business Agenda

Identify and solve organizational constraints; set strategic priorities; design and track business OKRs

Guide Cross-functional Strategic Projects

Lead high-impact initiatives (e.g., pricing, GTM , channel revamp); align with business and function heads

Anchor Planning & Review Cadence

Design and manage planning cycles, performance tracking, dashboards, and key initiatives (NPD, New Plant, etc.)

Organizational Process Design & Digitization

Identify process gaps across functions; re-engineer workflows and digitize for scalability, speed, and governance

Influence Across Leadership

Build strong peer relationships to align Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design Finance toward common strategic objectives

Strengthen Data Infrastructure

Enable unified data views and KPI visibility via digital integrations and dashboards

Marketing Role

Build and Strengthen Brand

Define and codify brand compass, positioning, and narrative; ensure consistency across all touchpoints

Scale Consumer Demand

Drive demand through integrated digital, referral, Architects and offline levers; shape performance marketing and content; Full funnel marketing

Digital Role

Own Digital Roadmap

Define digital vision; Identify organizational bottlenecks & differentiation potentials; prioritize and sequence tech initiatives for CX, backend, and enablers

Integrate Digital + CX Journeys

Ensure smooth consumer and channel journeys; Drive usage of future forward tools; Drive a culture of integrated data culture

Develop High-performing Teams

Mentor and coach team members; foster ownership and decision-making; ensure alignment to business objectives and functional vision; create a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation across all three departments
