Head Of Account Management

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage key client accounts and the account management team
  • Oversee client projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Act as the senior escalation point and build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
  • Lead company-wide operations, workflows, and process optimization.
  • Supervise task execution across operational teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage resources, manpower allocation, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, costs, payments, and reporting.
  • Support the CEO in executing strategic and operational objectives.

Job Requiremnts:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in account management, operations, or leadership roles.
  • Strong client-facing, financial, and strategic background.
  • Strategic thinking & problem-solving.
  • Strong communication & organizational .
