Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly unit sales targets

Negotiate contract agreements with key customers

Follow up on Account Manager’s execution of new products introductions
-
Report unit competitor activities
-
Follow up on Accounts’ finances to ensure there are no variances or overdue after check collections
-
Work closely with the finance department to ensure that appropriate credit management is taking place across all the accounts.

Responsible for increasing range of products used by each account (Vertical Growth).
-
Responsible for monthly sales forecast for dry & chilled products for customers under his territory.

Communicate products’ forecast for tailor made products to the Demand Planning team.

Manage relationship with all key contacts.

Manage & track team weekly route to market status.
Qualifications and Expertise:

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key Stakeholders
-
Solid marketing and financial knowledge for data-driven decisions.
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, or any related field.
-
2 years of managerial experience in FMCG, with expertise in HORECA
