Job Title: Head of Admissions

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Admission or Education Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Admissions to oversee and manage the entire student admission process. The candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a solid understanding of the higher education system.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the annual admission strategy to achieve enrollment targets.

Supervise and guide the admission counselors and outreach staff.

Manage the entire student inquiry-to-enrollment process.

Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, outreach, and academic teams.

Track leads and analyze data using CRM software.

Maintain compliance with institutional and government admission norms.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or Education.

5+ years of relevant experience in admissions or student recruitment.

Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Strategic mindset and goal-driven attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
