Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all institutional marketing and admission activities. The role requires a professional with proven experience in educational or training institutions, capable of achieving admission targets, maintaining partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand visibility through field and relationship-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute institutional marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
  • Conduct college, hospital, and campus visits to promote courses and build partnerships.
  • Identify and establish tie-ups with educational institutions, placement partners, and hospitals.
  • Organize career guidance programs, seminars, and workshops to attract potential students.
  • Coordinate with telecalling and counseling teams for lead management and admission follow-ups.
  • Supervise field marketing executives and ensure target achievement
  • Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective activities.
  • Develop and maintain corporate and institutional relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Participate in education fairs, expos, and student outreach campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in institutional marketing and admissions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute large-scale promotional activities.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
