Head of Brokerage

The Head of Brokerage is tasked with leading, managing, and expanding the brokerage division, which encompasses sales, leasing, and unit management. This senior role functions as a General Manager for the brokerage business, combining strategic oversight of the division's P&L with hands-on involvement in closing high-value real estate transactions. The objective is to drive the team toward operational excellence, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Financial Management: Oversee all brokerage activities. Develop business strategies, manage departmental budgets for profitability, and set performance KPIs for the teams.
  • Strategic Growth: Set annual brokerage goals aligned with the company vision. Identify new revenue streams and lead expansion into new market segments or locations.
  • High-Ticket Sales: Personally lead sales activities for significant assets such as plots, buildings, and luxury villas. Handle end-to-end negotiations with UHNWIs and investors, and represent the company in high-profile deals.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales, leasing, and unit management teams. Implement training plans, oversee recruitment, and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Operations & Compliance: Optimize workflows across all services, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure high utilization of CRM systems. Ensure compliance with RERA and other company standards.
  • Investment Analysis & Advisory: Develop financial models (ROI, IRR, etc.), provide comparative market analysis, and advise clients on investment strategies.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain a network of high-quality investors and buyers, and manage relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation and track record of building client relationships.
  • Proficient in using real estate brokerage software and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE real estate license and driver's license are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
