Broker Management Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

3- Months Contract ( To be turned into full-time based on performance. )

Support the administrative and operational processes related to channel partners and broker commissions. The role is responsible for verifying eligibility, maintaining documentation, coordinating with brokers, and supporting internal teams with compliance and data accuracy related to broker transactions.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate administration, broker coordination, or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and basic accounting workflows.
  • Understanding of real estate transaction lifecycle, documentation, and commission processes.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM data entry.
  • Clear communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
