1. Site Acquisition & Property Leasing
- Liaise with the Planning Committee which will identify the territory in which to secure locations.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential retail locations for new store development.
- Conduct detailed site analysis, including footfall mapping, competitor proximity, catchment profiling, and financial modeling.
- Lead end-to-end lease negotiation processes including legal documentation, approvals, and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain a reliable network of brokers, landlords, developers, and commercial real estate partners.
- Collaborate with Store Design and Operations teams to ensure location viability and readiness.
2. Investment Portfolio & Capital Generation
- Develop and execute a capital generation strategy to support the company’s growth and expansion goals.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential investors into long term partners.
- Structure investment opportunities aligned with brand growth and financial sustainability.
- Manage ongoing investor relations and maintain transparency through regular communication and reporting.
- Build and manage a pool of active investors for long-term partnership and capital deployment.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of experience in business development, commercial real estate, investment strategy, or corporate growth.
- Proven track record of closing lease deals, investment transactions, and strategic partnerships.
- Exposure to the QSR, retail, or hospitality industries is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep market knowledge of real estate dynamics and investor ecosystems.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business or Finance
