The OpportunityReporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the deal origination function, from identifying and nurturing acquisition opportunities to managing a small, high-performing team of three. Expect a 50/50 mix of strategy and execution: leading from the front, driving deal flow, and building meaningful relationships with founders of high-potential tech businesses.
You'll combine your commercial acumen with curiosity, emotional intelligence, and hustle to find, validate, and win opportunities that fit the acquisition mandate. You'll meet founders, listen to their stories, and ensure that when they're ready to sell, our client is their acquirer of choice.
