We are hiring for the following Senior Role:

Head of Business Development

Reporting: CEO

Core purpose: Own brand standards and new business growth. Keep the agency’s output and positioning sharp, drive pitches and proposals, and consistently bring in new business. Work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure what we sell is delivered well—and to create upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Must-have profile:

• Proven business development leadership experience in agencies
• Demonstrated ability to source and close business (with evidence: portfolio of wins, pitch history, relationships)
• Strong at pitching, proposal writing, client communication, and packaging services
• Established network and the ability to open doors quickly
