We're Hiring: Head of Business Development

Zillionaire Markets is expanding, and we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our global growth in the forex and financial markets space.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to build, scale, and manage high-performing sales teams while driving consistent revenue through IB networks and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Business Development team across key regions
• Develop and execute growth strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Build and manage strong IB and affiliate networks globally
• Drive deposits, revenue targets, and overall business performance
• Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent sales output
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Senior Management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior BD role within forex/CFD brokerage
• Strong network of IBs and high-value clients
• Demonstrated ability to drive deposits and revenue growth
• Experience managing and scaling sales teams
• Deep understanding of FX, commodities, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)
• Leadership mindset with a performance-driven approach
