Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2-3 years dedicated to Odoo ERP sales.
Demonstrated success working with a recognized Odoo Partner in Pakistan (as listed on Odoos official Partners Page).
Deep understanding of Odoo implementations across retail, services, and manufacturing sectors.
Strong grasp of Odoo modules, implementation lifecycle, and functional flows.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relationship management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and development teams.
Experience in international ERP sales (GCC, Europe, North America) will be considered a strong plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion in the Odoo ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Lead the business development and sales strategy for Odoo ERP solutions across local and international markets.
Identify, qualify, and close high-value Odoo ERP opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business processes to recommend the right Odoo modules and implementation approach.
Work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to design implementation roadmaps, project scopes, and solution demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing structures, commercial offers, and tailored presentations for prospective clients.
Oversee and track the entire lead-to-deal cycle using CRM tools; maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records.
Represent the company at Odoo events, tech conferences, industry meetups, and networking platforms to expand channel partnerships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Odoo ecosystem, and advise leadership on strategic opportunities for growth.
Mentor and guide junior sales or BD team members to support organizational sales goals.
