Head of Delivery - AI FinTech SaaS Platform

We are working with a cutting-edge, research-driven FinTech company backed by a prominent family office. Specializing in advanced, AI-powered investment and allocation strategies, they combine mathematical modeling, portfolio optimization, and risk analytics to build a sophisticated SaaS platform.

As they scale their elite, Dubai-based AI engineering hub, they are seeking a structured, hands-on Head of Delivery to serve as the operational anchor of the team.

Your new role

As the Head of Delivery, you will act as the critical bridge between people, tech, and product. Sitting between senior management (the Group CFO and Director) and a highly talented technical team, you will be the operational backbone of the Dubai office.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Owning Delivery: Chairing and leading recurring progress ("J-curve") meetings, tracking technical commitments relentlessly, and following up through to execution.
• Team Coordination: Coordinating a small, senior team of engineers and support staff, ensuring clear alignment between leadership and technical execution.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Leading the hiring lifecycle for top-tier technical and AI talent—screening, interviewing, and making clear hire/no-hire recommendations.
• Strategy & Product Documentation: Turning rough internal directions into clear, exceptionally well-written documentation and positioning pieces for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You do not need to be an engineer yourself, but you must be a masterful, structured coordinator who is highly comfortable working alongside technical minds.

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience in a delivery, operations, or program management role within a technology, software, or AI environment.
• Deep hands-on experience and working knowledge of Kanban and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent technical literacy—the ability to understand engineering workflows, ask the right questions, and hold people to their commitments.
• A solid understanding of the finance industry, financial markets, or private equity (highly advantageous).
• Strong recruitment instincts with a confident ability to assess and judge technical candidates.
• Impeccable written and spoken English, paired with a calm, diplomatic, and self-directed personal style.
• A commitment to being based full-time, on-site in Dubai.
