Main job duties and responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall development strategy aligned with the company’s vision and real estate portfolio.

Act as the project owner representative in all internal and external dealings.

Lead cross-functional business teams throughout the execution phase of the project. Ensure stakeholder interests are safeguarded and that project objectives financial, operational, and strategic are realistically achievable and continuously pursued.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of feasibility studies, project briefs, and financial assessments.

Collaborate closely with the FP&A and Investment teams to ensure that each project meets its financial targets and key performance objectives. Secure required funding under optimal conditions to support timely and sustainable project execution.

Prepare and align the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in coordination with key stakeholders. The AOP shall comprehensively cover all project aspects including sales strategy, construction timelines, annual financial and operational targets, and supportive design and marketing activities necessary to secure successful execution of the plan.

Review and approve scopes of work, budget plans, and cash flow allocations.

Serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external stakeholders. Act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment, clarity, and seamless coordination across all project phases.

Ensure compliance with national and local regulatory requirements and development protocols.

Lead project presentations to internal stakeholders, potential partners, and regulatory entities.

Develop and implement project guidelines that elevate and unify the company’s brand character across all touchpoints spanning marketing, design, and construction deliverables to ensure consistent quality and brand perception.

Support the company’s presence in industry-related events and forums.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Ensure ongoing updates and reports are provided to senior management regarding project milestones and performance indicator

Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports detailing the status of key project KPIs. Reports should include variance analysis, rectification measures, and contingency plans to ensure objectives remain on track.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:

Bachelor’s degree of Architecture/ Civil Engineering.

Minimum 15 years of experience.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.

Excellent analytical skills.
-
Excellent knowledge of (AutoCAD & MSO).
