With an aim to become number one construction chemical company in Pakistan, Sika Pakistan opened its head office in Lahore with regional offices in Karachi, Islamabad and Faisalabad. Simultaneously, Sika Pakistan also launched its manufacturing facility in Lahore during the first year of the start of operations in Pakistan to facilitate its customer needs.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales distribution strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.
  • Achieve sales, distribution, and coverage targets nationwide.
  • Drive trade promotions, pricing, and incentive schemes for growth.
  • Lead and coach the sales distribution team for high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, distributor ROI, and implement corrective actions.
  • Expand presence into new territories and untapped markets.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales distribution management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, FMCG, or industrial products).
  • Strong expertise in distributor management, channel sales, and trade marketing.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, credit management, and sales incentive systems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability, with hands-on experience in ERP/CRM systems.
