About The Role


We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven, and creatively fearless Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale The Linen Company’s Shopify ecosystem — across Pakistan, UAE, and the US.

You’ll own everything from performance marketing and conversion optimization to logistics, analytics, and growth strategy.

You’ll Be Responsible For:


1. Growth & Performance Marketing

• Drive revenue growth through full-funnel marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.

• Manage and optimize media budgets across geographies for maximum ROI.

• Build, test, and scale ad creative frameworks based on data insights and customer psychology.


2. Conversion Optimization & Analytics

• Analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, and Shopify dashboards.

• Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion, retention, and LTV.

• Interpret heat maps, scroll maps, and funnel drop-offs to make actionable UX/UI recommendations.


3. Shopify Management

• Oversee all Shopify Plus storefronts — from product setup and merchandising to checkout flows and localization.

• Collaborate with design and development teams on CRO-focused improvements.

• Maintain brand consistency across regions while tailoring the experience to local markets.


4. Creative Direction

• Translate data into clear creative direction for ad briefs, campaigns, and content.

• Work closely with designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure every asset sells, not just looks good.


5. Operations & Logistics

• Oversee ecommerce logistics in Pakistan — including courier partnerships, packaging, return processes, and last-mile optimization.

• Build efficient cross-border order routing and fulfillment for UAE & US markets.

• Reduce delivery time, cost per shipment, and return rates through data-backed process improvement.


6. Leadership & Strategy

• Build and lead a cross-functional ecommerce team (marketing, operations, analytics).

• Set quarterly growth targets, manage budgets, and report directly to the CEO.

• Benchmark against global D2C brands and identify what we can adapt, localize, or outperform.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 6–10 years of ecommerce experience — ideally in high-growth D2C or retail brands.

• Know how to run ads hands-on (not just manage agencies).

• Are fluent in Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Can read a heat map like a story and turn insights into sales.

• Have a sharp aesthetic sense — you understand what sells, not just what’s beautiful.

• Know how to optimize logistics, COD recovery, courier efficiency, and customer experience in South Asia.

• Operate with a founder’s mindset: analytical, creative, and unafraid to get your hands dirty.
