Head of Finance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in guiding financial direction, ensuring long-term sustainability, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee monthly accounting, reporting, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage working capital, billing, and collections to optimize cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safeguard company assets.
• Drive process improvements, financial transformation, and system enhancements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Partner with senior executives, auditors, investors, and regulators to provide insights and influence key business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
• Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (highly desirable).
• 10–15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, VP of Finance).
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience leading financial transformation and implementing best practices.
• Background in multinational or highly regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or manufacturing) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical decision-making skills.
