Head of FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global financial consolidation, forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
• Serve as the central FP&A contact for the CFO and other senior stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, long-range planning, and management reporting across entities.
• Deliver data-driven financial insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage and enhance reporting systems, including ERP and BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.).
• Support group and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Lead monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and timely collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Working Capital, Cost, and Cash Flow analysis initiatives.
• Support strategic projects including M&A, business cases, and ERP rollouts.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and financial systems optimization.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing FP&A team committed to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA) are strongly preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally within multinational or complex multi-entity environments.
• 5+ years of proven leadership in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expert-level financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Strong command of ERP and BI systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Deep understanding of IFRS (US GAAP is a plus) and cross-border financial compliance.
• Strategic thinker with a strong sense of commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments across global markets.
