Our services span BPO support, recruitment, tech solutions, and performance-driven marketing. While our BPO support is already established, we are now focused on pioneering and scaling our other service lines — and we need a Head of Growth to lead the charge to grow existing and new business.

The Opportunity

This is a foundational growth role.
We’re looking for a proactive strategist and deal-maker who can build our growth engine from the ground up — setting up systems, winning early clients, and hitting aggressive revenue milestones.

Your mission: Deliver $250,000 in new Annual Contract Value (ACV) within 12 months by securing the first foundational clients in our non-BPO service lines and building the infrastructure for long-term scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Delivery & Early Wins

  • Deliver $250,000 in new ACV within the first 12 months.
  • Win at least one new foundational client contract within the first 3 months.
  • Achieve 50% of target ($125,000 ACV) by month 6–7.

2. Market Entry & Service Line Expansion

  • Win the first clients in at least two new service lines beyond BPO (recruitment, tech solutions, marketing).
  • Craft compelling value propositions for new and diverse industries.

3. Foundation Building

  • Within the first month, set up all necessary sales infrastructure — target account lists, CRM, outreach workflows, messaging, and proposals.
  • Develop a repeatable sales process and playbook for ongoing growth.

4. Strategic Prospecting & Closing

  • Build and manage a pipeline from scratch through a mix of outbound, inbound, and partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value B2B contracts.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Service Delivery teams to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and expectations are exceeded.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and growth roles, ideally in outsourcing, recruitment, or tech services.
  • History of building a pipeline from zero and turning it into significant revenue.
  • Experience in launching and selling new services or entering new markets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proactivity — doesn’t wait for opportunities, creates them.
  • Strategic Thinking — understands the market map, knows how to draw it, and starts the engine.
  • Strong closing skills for high-value B2B deals.
  • Foundation builder — can set up sales processes, tools, and messaging fast.

12-Month Success Metrics

  • $250,000 new ACV generated.
  • At least one foundational client closed within 3 months.
  • 50% of revenue target achieved by month 6–7.
  • First clients secured in two new service lines.
  • Sales infrastructure and playbook in place for scalable growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
