Head of Growth

The Head of Growth is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through data-driven strategies, innovative marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role focuses on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization — turning insights into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user base, engagement, and revenue.

Lead and manage performance marketing, SEO, content, partnerships, and referral programs.

Analyze data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align growth initiatives with company goals. Create & implement growth strategies.

Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and campaigns to validate growth hypotheses.

Build and oversee a high-performing growth team.

Track and report on key growth KPIs, providing insights to executive leadership.

Stay up to date with emerging growth tactics, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience (8+ years) in growth, marketing, or strategy roles.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Experience with digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), and CRM systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Creativity and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
