We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand to new heights in the global luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with IKH Fashion House's brand vision and business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Act as the primary guardian of the brand. Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels, from digital platforms to in-store experiences.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), email marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Content & Campaign Management: Lead the creation of engaging and visually stunning content. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, focusing on product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion journalists, bloggers, stylists, and PR agencies to secure media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and target audience insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the fashion, luxury goods, or retail sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills:

o Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).

o Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

o Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior in the luxury market.

o Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous marketing campaigns, content strategies, and results is highly desirable.
