Title - Head of Growth & Strategy – ARKA Creative (Advertising Agency)

ARKA Creative is a content and storytelling focused advertising agency working with some of Pakistan’s biggest brands. We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Strategy to join us as a senior team member and take ownership of ARKA’s business growth, commercial strategy, and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Business Development and Growth Strategy

•⁠ ⁠Design & Execute Client Acquisition Strategies

•⁠ ⁠Analyse Financial Statements (Profit-Loss, Cash-flow, Balance Sheet)

•⁠ ⁠Conversion Rates, Price-Setting, Minimise Costs, Improve Margins

•⁠ ⁠Maximise Revenue Balance between Retainers and Individual Projects.

•⁠ ⁠Create, Track and Meet company goals and KPIs.

•⁠ ⁠Define ARKA’s position in the market.

Key Skills / Experience

•⁠ ⁠Financial Understanding

•⁠ ⁠Experience of growing companies

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with agencies/creative sector

•⁠ ⁠Well connected with brands

Salary

•⁠ ⁠Competitive / Negotiable

Working Hours

•⁠ ⁠Office Hours are 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM

•⁠ ⁠Office Days are Monday to Friday

•⁠ ⁠This is a leadership role with a high level of ownership and autonomy. While office hours provide structure, this role requires flexibility based on business needs, client schedules, and growth initiatives. You will be trusted to manage your own time and priorities, which may extend beyond standard office hours. Success in this role is measured by outcomes and impact.
