Role Overview
CMC is seeking an experienced and mature
Head of Human Resources
to lead and manage the organization’s people, culture, and HR governance. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in building a stable, performance-driven, and values-based work environment aligned with CMC’s long-term business objectives.
This role requires a professional with proven stability, deep HR expertise, and experience working in structured, large-scale or multinational organizations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with CMC’s business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to management on people, culture, and organizational development.

Ensure HR practices support long-term organizational sustainability and growth.
Policy Design & Governance
-
Design, implement, and continuously improve company-wide policies including:

HR & Administrative Policies
-
Performance Management Systems
-
Disciplinary & Code of Conduct Policies
-
Compensation, Benefits & Leave Policies
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and best practices.
People & Performance Management
-
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management: hiring, onboarding, development, retention, and separation.

Design and manage structured performance appraisal systems.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally and fairly.
Culture & Organizational Development
-
Build and nurture a strong, ethical, and high-performance organizational culture.

Promote employee engagement, accountability, and ownership.

Lead initiatives related to leadership development, training, and succession planning.
HR Operations & Controls

Manage HR operations with strong documentation, controls, and reporting.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.

Ensure confidentiality, transparency, and professionalism in all HR matters.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum
10–15 years of overall HR experience
, with
senior leadership exposure

Demonstrated
employment stability

a minimum of 5 years’ tenure with each employer

Prior experience in
large-scale organizations or multinational companies
is strongly preferred.
