We’re looking for someone who’s done more than just run HR operations. You’ve built them. Fixed them. Scaled them. You know how to balance people, processes, and pressure — all while keeping the culture intact.

This is a big chair. It oversees everything from employee lifecycle to payroll, government relations, and corporate services. And it’s not just about running the engine smoothly — it’s about turning HR into a real business lever that shapes outcomes, not just policies.

Your Day Might Involve:

  • Overseeing full-cycle HR ops, including payroll, insurance, investigations, contracts, and end-of-service
  • Leading a cross-functional team covering corporate security, accommodation, and regulatory compliance
  • Managing government platforms, licenses, and labor office requirements
  • Designing new HR frameworks that support rapid growth, automation, and cultural alignment
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive change and set people strategy at scale

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 7 years in a senior managerial seat in Saudi Arabia
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law, government platforms, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams across operations, payroll, admin, and services
  • Experience in fast-paced sectors like manufacturing, distribution, or consumer goods
  • Someone who can think strategy, but also show up when something breaks at 7am on a Tuesday
