Head of Human Resources

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy and human capital roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives , ensuring alignment between staffing needs, operations, and budgets.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies , including leadership hiring.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives , including performance management systems and competency frameworks.
  • Ensure effective HR operations, policies, and compliance with applicable regulations .
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics , providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Design and implement leadership development and employee capability programs .
  • Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives .
  • Lead and develop the HR team , fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred .
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous .

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Significant experience in senior HR leadership roles .
  • Strong background in organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning .
  • Experience in HR analytics, leadership development, and talent management .
