Human Resources Manager

Azhar Holding is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within holding companies and the construction sector , with the ability to oversee HR operations, support multiple business units, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR initiatives

• Support workforce planning and organizational development

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies

• Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional

• Previous experience within holding companies and/or construction industry

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR best practices

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

• HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a plus
