Head of Incentives Programs (UAE Nationals)

Job Purpose:

To develop departmental plans and work mechanisms and contribute to achieving the administration’s goals through supervision and follow-up of all related operational and strategic activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • PhD in Business Administration (0 years experience required)
  • PhD in Human Resources (0 years experience required)
  • Master’s in Business Administration (3 years experience required)
  • Master’s in Human Resources (3 years experience required)
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration (6 years experience required)
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources (6 years experience required)

  • CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development (L&D;)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals for the department’s strategic plan, contribute to its development, and follow up on implementation of operational plans to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Prepare periodic reports including key performance indicator results related to the initiative.
  • Implement competitive programs and methods to motivate citizens working in the private sector and prepare them as skilled human resources capable of performing their duties innovatively.
  • Monitor performance indicators regularly and prepare achievement reports for submission to the Director.
  • Participate in preparing the department’s budget in coordination with relevant units.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure services are delivered according to best standards.
  • Provide necessary support to the Director and perform any additional tasks assigned.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the initiative and its programs, maintaining ongoing

communication with beneficiaries and partners to gather feedback and assess impact.

  • Develop programs that enhance learning, training, and motivation for teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Establish guiding principles and frameworks for managing operations and improving productivity.
