About the role:

Our banking sector client is seeking a Head of IT Operations, Governance & Control to streamline processes, enforce compliance, and align technology operations with business strategy.

What you’ll do:

• Establish and harmonize governance frameworks, SLAs, and control measures across the group.
• Manage technology budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), expense control, and entity recharges.
• Track KPIs, operational risks, resource capacity, and asset utilization.
• Oversee vendor management, license compliance, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, and PMO for alignment and reporting.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS certification.
• Seasoned professional with a background in banking or financial services.
• Experience in senior IT governance roles – GCC region preferred, international considered.
• Strong knowledge of IT applications, infrastructure, operations, and architecture.
