Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing within a high-growth environment, preferably in the real estate sector. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong strategic vision, team management, and performance-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead market research and competitive analysis
• Manage a cross-functional team (digital, creative, content)
• Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Lead SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns within budget
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
• Monitor KPIs and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports
• Take on special projects as needed and adapt to business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong command of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Prior experience in real estate or property development is a plus

Working Conditions

• May require occasional travel for work
