Job Brief:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function, driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting customer acquisition and retention across all channels. Responsibilities

  • Track, analyse, and report key marketing performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive public relations, communications, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO/SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
