Head of Marketing

Sofia Garments is a growing apparel brand built on quality, consistency, and timeless design. We value craftsmanship, long-term brand equity, and thoughtful growth over short-lived trends. As we enter our next phase, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can honor what’s made the brand strong while confidently leading it into the future.

The Role

The Head of Marketing will own Sofia Garments’/ Merchlist entire marketing function, from brand strategy to execution. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands both classic brand-building and modern performance marketing, and knows how to connect the two.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how Sofia Garments is seen, heard, and remembered.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across all channels
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
• Lead digital marketing efforts (paid media, email, social, content, SEO)
• Oversee product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team and external partners
• Use data and insights to guide decisions without losing sight of brand values
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and sales teams
• Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer brands
• Strong grasp of both brand marketing and performance marketing
• Strategic thinker who can also execute
• Deep respect for brand consistency and long-term growth
• Comfortable leading teams and making high-impact decisions
• Clear communicator with strong creative instincts
• Forward-thinking, but grounded in fundamentals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
