Overview:

Lead Goody’s expansion efforts across the Snacks and Smile platforms, manage the brand communication strategy for Goody Megabrand, and identify new opportunities to strengthen market leadership while delivering against defined expansion targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand growth for Goody by leading internal planning and execution of key initiatives in snacks and smile categories
  • Support the growth of Goody Break by identifying new product extension and tracking relevant snack trends.
  • leading Goody Smile’s development through focused brand-building activities and brand positioning
  • Leading strategy development of Goody’s brand communication plans across key media and digital channels.
  • Leading strategy execution of experiential marketing efforts, including Goody Kitchen and other engagement initiatives.
  • Help streamline category communication activities to ensure consistency across the brand calendar.
  • Work closely with sales, IDU, R&D, and other internal teams to align and deliver brand initiatives and expansion plans
  • Track market trends and consumer feedback to recommend improvements and new ideas for brand growth.
  • Managing relationships with external partners like agencies and retail contacts to support brand execution.


Minimum Requirements:

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on market expansion and brand growth.
  • Expertise in brand communication and marketing, including experiential and digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and refine strategies.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing new product ideas and brand experiences.
