Who Are You?

  • At least 7 years of experience in operations management, process optimization, or a related field,
  • Experienced in managing operations for properties in multiple locations, with a strong background in coordinating and optimizing the management of serviced apartments or similar properties across different sites.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and improving operational efficiency,
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and service delivery,
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools to measure operational success,
  • Ladership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams,
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with various departments and stakeholders,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement,
  • Experience in managing and optimizing both customer-facing and back-end operational processes,
  • A detail-oriented, results-driven leader with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What You Will Do?

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across various departments, ensuring all processes align with New Inn's mission and service standards,
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity,
  • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects,
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success and implement corrective actions when necessary,
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through operational excellence and by maintaining consistent service delivery standards,
  • Lead and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective processes without compromising service quality,
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation to improve operational workflows and reduce operational costs,
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and feedback from both customers and internal teams,
  • Manage the development and execution of long-term operational goals, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy,
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all operational processes,
  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
