Position Overview

The Head of Property & Real Estate management will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s real estate functions, including property management, sales, and leasing. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and a proven track record in growing property portfolios, maximizing revenue, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards. The incumbent will play a critical role in developing strategies to secure new buildings for property management, sell properties, lease rental units, and optimize the performance of the company’s real estate assets.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the Property & Real Estate division.
  • Drive business growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new real estate opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to property management, sales, and leasing teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.

Business Development & Growth

  • Secure new property management contracts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
  • Oversee sales of properties, ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies for effective leasing of rental units to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential investment opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth functioning of property management, leasing, and sales operations.
  • Implement best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor tenant relations, customer service standards, and resolution of escalated issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, RERA regulations, and company policies.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Drive profitability by achieving revenue and cost optimization targets.
  • Monitor financial performance of the division and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and property valuations.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across property management, leasing, and sales.
  • Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and ensure ongoing training and development.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
