A world-renowned global luxury brand is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead its business operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role will oversee retail performance, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives across the region, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets while maintaining the highest standards of luxury client experience and brand integrity.
Responsibilities

Support the achievement of retail sales and profit budgets across all stores in the region.

Ensure strong alignment between retail performance and brand visibility through local marketing activations, client engagement strategies, and brand development initiatives.

Establish priorities and commercial objectives while setting sales targets for store teams.

Ensure consistent brand positioning and image across all retail locations in line with global brand guidelines.

Lead local marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, and client engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.

Ensure all operational programs, policies, and procedures are implemented effectively across stores.

Ensure consistent management focus on customer service standards, clienteling, sales generation, and product presentation.

Strategize and implement initiatives to elevate the luxury client experience across all retail locations.

Support recruitment, development, and training of retail talent.

Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans with the store management team.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience managing brand positioning and marketing initiatives within a luxury environment is highly preferred.
