Job Title: Head of Sales – Islamabad

Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will lead and manage all sales operations for Enza Home in Islamabad. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing the showroom team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with Enza Home’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead promotional activities, campaigns, and sales initiatives to boost revenue.

Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the showroom sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure staff maintain professional conduct and follow company policies.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a premium showroom experience.
  • Handle high-value clients and resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, designers, and corporate clients.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the showroom ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse for timely stock availability.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation comply with brand guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Track individual and team performance, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement.
  • Forecast sales and plan resource requirements accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented with excellent leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
