Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales – IT Services to lead our sales strategy, build a strong pipeline (funnel), and drive revenue growth. This is a leadership role responsible for scaling the sales function, managing high-performing teams, and expanding our client base in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in IT services (software development, outsourcing, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients (especially US markets)
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline health
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Implement best practices in B2B sales, outbound strategies, and client acquisition
  • Represent the company in key meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software industry
  • Proven track record of building sales funnels and closing high-value deals
  • Strong experience in international sales (US markets preferred)
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and outbound sales processes
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs400,000.00 per month
