Head of Sales

We are urgently looking Head of Sales for one of our clients based in Karachi

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C sales strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Drive innovation in sales processes, tools, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 8+ years in B2C sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
