Head of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead our FMCG distribution business across Qatar. The role involves overseeing sales operations across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, HoReCa, and Wholesale channels, managing a portfolio of 100+ brands, 2000+ SKUs, a team of 400+ employees, and servicing 3500+ customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive overall sales strategy, growth, and profitability
  • Manage multi-channel sales operations and ensure market excellence
  • Oversee sales teams, supervisors, and key account management
  • Strengthen customer relationships and expand market coverage
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and ensure achievement of targets
  • Coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, minimum 15 years in FMCG distribution
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel sales (MT, TT, HoReCa, Wholesale)
  • Excellent team management and strategic planning skills
  • Deep understanding of Qatar market dynamics

Location: Qatar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
